Well Project
Nearly all sustainable water sources in Gaza have been destroyed. Help us create sustainable water through wells, to give people clean water for drinking, cooking, and hygiene.
Camp Setup
With 90% of people internally displaced, and most infrastructure and shelter destroyed, people need shelter and protection. Camps provide security, safety, and community for displaced Palestinians inside Gaza. Help us provide safe spaces for families amidst the destruction.
Cooked Food
As of July 2024, according to the United Nations, all of Gaza reached famine levels of lack of food availability, with areas of northern Gaza being most affected. Little fresh food is available. The food that is accessible is often not nourishing or is too expensive for the average family to obtain. Meals are provided as available with your donations. Please give nourishment to the people by donating.
Clean Water
They say that water is life and water holds memory. How many times a day do you turn on your water and it’s instantly available from the tap and clean? Gaza has no clean water and depends on water trucks to deliver clean water for drinking. Due to the shortage of water and lack of waste management, illness has spread. Please give the gift of clean water
Essential Supplies
Due to blockade of goods and supplies reaching Gaza, many people do not have basic items for cooking or caring for their children and hygiene needs. With your support, diapers, dry food goods, hygiene items or sanitary products can be distributed. Please gift the people basic rights and dignity.
Shelter
As many families have been displaced over and over, with evacuation orders and invasions occurring, shelter is an ongoing concern for many. Help us provide tents and tarps to families, to reinforce against the elements and seasons.
Children’s Activities
The orphans and community children need activities and play. Activities like art or sports can provide an outlet for the emotional release of the atrocities and loss they have faced. Interaction with safe, loving adults helps them to cope and move toward thriving again. Gift play to a child in devastating circumstances by donating.
Family Sponsorships
Our Family Sponsorship program offers a powerful way to provide support with dignity and autonomy. By directly sponsoring a family with $500 per month, you give them the freedom to make their own choices—whether it’s securing shelter, buying food, or covering medical needs. This direct aid approach restores agency to families in crisis, honoring their ability to know what’s best for their own lives.
West Bank Project
The situation remains unstable and dangerousI the West Bank as well, with many families unable to work. Families need assistance and support in these dire circumstances.
Egypt Project
Sunbird Relief’s Egypt team visits Palestinians in need of medicine, basic necessities, food, and care. These are vulnerable people who were injured or who need ongoing treatment and help with expenses. Please help them to recover, by supporting this project.
